Styled to perfection and oozing a calming coastal ambience throughout, the home extends through three separate living areas to provide space to entertain, relax or play, with a large games room within the double garage which features a 6500-game arcade machine, sure to delight kids of all ages.
You will love the warmth of the gas log fireplace in the lounge over the colder months as you lounge on the comfortable sofa and indulge in watching movies on the flat-screen above.
Entertain in style with a stunning stone-topped gourmet kitchen providing high-end appliances for the largest soirees, including an induction cooktop and dishwasher, extending to the formal dining room where you can comfortably seat ten guests at the table.
Dine inside or out, with a great covered alfresco offering year-round enjoyment for those summer events, with a BBQ and full view of the heated pool where the kids will no doubt be spending most of their time. Our journey from Merimbula, Bega and Jindabyne to Berry Vista was just the beginning of an incredible weekend away with work colleagues. Great Stay in Berry
Our family of 8 including 2 infants had a great stay at this house over Easter. The house and pool were amazing and there was plenty to do in Berry and nearby.

Gorgeous Home and Pool
Home is amazing, although not close to town we loved the space so much we didn’t need to leave. Pool area was divine, we swam all weekend as pool was warm.

The house is beautifully appointed and generously provisioned with lots of cooking equipment, beautiful linen and towels. There are multiple areas to enjoy including the cabana and outdoor dining as well as the pool. We loved it.

Beautiful house and decor, very convenient location close to town and comfortably house a holiday with 3 families with young kids. Well equipped kitchen and nice modern bathroom fit out. The arcade game was popular and kept the kids quietly entertained for a much needed break for the parents.
